Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Economics Director who will build and own investment scenario models behind the Revenue org's hardest questions, including headcount impact, segment/geo coverage, and ROI.

You will collaborate with RevOps Intelligence and FP&A to source data, test hypotheses, and present findings to CRO and CFO. The role sits within Sales originally, but expands to Partners, Value Solution Advisory, and Customer Success, with a strong emphasis on quantitative

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a quantitative, revenue-facing role.
•  
• Fluency in SaaS revenue mechanics.
• Excel/Google Sheets and SQL—data modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Investment Scenario Analysis end to end.
• Model productive capacity by segment, geo, and role.
• Quantify marginal ROI of next hire and budget implications.
• Stress-test capacity plans against recruiting reality.
• Own productivity analytics: time to first deal, attainment distribution, win rates.
• Model GTM coverage and routes-to-market and present to senior stakeholders.
