Job summary

Coupa Software is seeking a seasoned Director of Revenue Systems, Platform and Architecture to lead the architecture, build, integration, and data foundation of Coupa's revenue systems stack. This role drives technical direction, reliability, and total cost of ownership across multiple platforms, partnering with IT, Security, and Procurement.

The candidate will own platform roadmaps, enforce standards, and deliver end-to-end implementations, including AI and automation capabilities, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in go-to-market systems, Revenue Operations, or enterprise apps with architectural experience.
• Accountable for architecture and delivery of multi-platform revenue/GO-to-market stack.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data model, automation, and release management.
• Experience designing and operating integrations across go-to-market platforms.
• Ownership of data architecture and data quality in revenue environments.
• Experience implementing AI or automation in a go-to-market context.
• Collaboration with IT and Information Security within enterprise change processes.
• Experience leading platform evaluation and consolidation with business cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reference architecture for revenue systems stack.
• Set technical standards for configuration, automation, and debt management.
• Evaluate options for new capabilities and determine the approach.
• Maintain platform roadmaps, release schedules, and migration plans.
• Deliver the technical build per the roadmap with testing and release management.
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying friction and measuring gains.
• Enforce change control and documentation standards for in-scope systems.
• Ensure platform reliability and perform root-cause analysis of incidents.
• Oversee AI/automation delivery and measure outcomes against baselines.
• Partner with IT on integration architecture and security considerations.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist with renewal in collaboration with Procurement.
