Job summary

Tripleseat is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Data & Insights to design and scale our GTM analytics infrastructure, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive forecast accuracy and revenue growth.

The role supports remote candidates in the United States, with Week 1 onboarding in Concord, MA, and potential hybrid work near the Concord office. Travel may be required for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data & Insights roles within B2B SaaS or technology environments
• Proven experience building trusted, reliable reporting functions for Sales and Marketing Ops
• Strong command of Salesforce, including Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Expertise with BI tools including Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics/Einstein
• Experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Datalane, Apollo, or comparable platforms
• Demonstrated success in forecasting, scenario planning, and pipeline analytics at scale
• Ability to evaluate and implement predictive AI and automation tools for GTM teams
• Strong credibility with GTM leaders and Finance, and cross-functional influence
• Experience building and coaching high-performing teams in a hands-on leadership capacity

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain centralized, scalable reporting and analytics infrastructure as the single source of truth for GTM performance
• Lead forecasting, pipeline analytics, and scenario planning with Sales and Finance
• Evaluate and optimize predictive AI and automation tools for GTM efficiency
• Oversee data integrity and enrichment across CRM and third-party platforms
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team and coach staff
• Define and govern KPI dashboards for GTM and Finance leaders
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align priorities and surface insights
• Drive continuous improvement of operations through data-driven analysis and test-and-learn
• Other related duties as assigned
