Tripleseat is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Data & Insights to lead and scale the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics that power go-to-market decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and revenue growth, while building a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong cross-functional influence, and a track record of turning complex data into actionable strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations, BI, or Data & Insights in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to build trusted reporting functions for Sales and Marketing.
• Salesforce Admin cert or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficient in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics/Einstein.
• Experience with data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, Datalane, Apollo.
• Forecasting, scenario planning, and pipeline analytics at scale.
• Ability to lead and coach analytics teams cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain centralized, scalable analytics infrastructure as truth source for GTM metrics.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline analytics, and scenario planning with Sales and Finance.
• Evaluate and implement predictive AI and automation tools for GTM teams.
• Oversee data integrity across core systems, ensure reliable reporting.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of analysts.
• Define and govern metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for GTM/Finance.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align priorities.
• Drive continuous process improvement via data-driven testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
