Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations / BI professional to transform messy data into trusted numbers for weekly leadership decisions. You will own recurring reporting, improve CRM data quality, and collaborate with executives and product teams to drive visibility across GTM, finance, and operations.

You'll use SQL, Snowflake, and dbt, with HubSpot/Salesforce expertise, and prototype with AI tools to accelerate insights. This role is remote-friendly with hybrid options in certain locations.

Formación

• Strong background in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics.
• Proven expertise in SQL, with Snowflake and dbt experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Experience prototyping with AI tools for rapid analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and automate data flows; partner with Product Analyst to integrate usage data.
• Prototype new reporting with AI tools and scale successful experiments into production BI.
