Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/Data Analytics professional to optimize reporting and data quality across GTM, finance, and product usage. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely dashboards and actionable insights.

You'll advance data models, automate manual processes, and expand reporting scope as new products and acquisitions come online. A strong SQL background and experience with CRM and BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics in vertical SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with clean and messy data.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and cross-functional relationship skills.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Replit, OpenAI) for prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting; own more over time.
• Support revenue and finance reporting, including partner and referral revenue share.
• Clean, complete CRM data and automate processes.
• Standardize fields and close data-quality gaps in pipelines/product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring usage data into CRM for stakeholders.
