Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/Data Analytics professional to own reporting across GTM, finance, and product usage. You will ensure CRM data quality and automate pipelines while partnering with leadership to deliver trusted insights.

Ideal candidates excel in SQL, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled analytics, with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and scalable reporting ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations or BI for SaaS platforms.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse querying skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and data mapping.
• Experience prototyping with AI tools for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve weekly RevOps KPI dashboards across GTM, payments, and product adoption.
• Clean, consolidate, and automate CRM data; close data-quality gaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Customer Success on reporting needs.
• Prototype AI-driven insights and push to production BI tools.
