Hyperproof is hiring a Revenue Operations Coordinator for a 3–5 month, full-time, remote assignment to support the RevOps team during a key period. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, data hygiene, and thorough process adherence.

Competenze

• 2+ years in administrative or operations role within Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Proficiency with core GTM tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, and Slack.
• Strong working knowledge of basic sales funnel metrics, pipeline stages, and deal flow processes.

Mansioni

• Verify signed deals against the order form; update Account, Opportunity, and Contact fields; send deal overview to SVP of sales; move deal to Closed Won.
• Update contract terms and pricing for renewals, upsells, and churn; attach renewal documents (even for $0 deals); record negative ARR for churn.
• Deduplicate accounts; prioritize by segment; balance distribution across reps; route inbound leads to correct sales rep.
• Acknowledge, sort, resolve or route incoming BizOps requests from reps, ADRs, Marketing, and Partnerships; monitor Slack channels; report outages and post resolutions.
• Prepare bi-weekly top-of-funnel and pipeline performance slides for Direct; update ToF and Pipeline Trends for Partnerships; create weekly executive pipeline deck with metrics; translate revenue goals into pipeline targets; perform ad hoc regional analyses.
• Create process guides and train ADRs on campaign workflows using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Gong.
