Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive the efficiency and predictability of our revenue engine. You will transform complex revenue data into actionable insights, support annual planning, and provide strategic analysis for the CRO, CEO, and Board.

The role requires expert Excel/BI skills, Salesforce reporting, and deep SaaS metric knowledge. This remote-first position offers flexible work arrangements and international collaboration across GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (index/match, nested logic, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python).
• Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, pipeline conversion rates).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Detail-oriented with large datasets and fast execution in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel (10%).

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: analyze metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Reporting & Dashboarding: own executive dashboards and weekly/monthly reports.
• Forecasting & Modeling: support bookings forecast and predictive capacity planning.
• Cross-Functional Reporting Support: align data sources across Salesforce, Pendo, Gainsight, Marketo, Snowflake.
• Annual and Quarterly Planning: provide data-driven GTM insights for quota-setting and headcount planning.
• Process Measurement & Optimization: track KPI performance and identify GTM process improvements.
• Ad-hoc Executive Analysis: rapid deep dives for VP RevOps, CRO, and CFO.
