Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst based in the United States. This remote role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, Salesforce administration, GTM analytics, and process improvement.

You will help maintain the systems and data that sales and marketing teams depend on to make informed decisions and execute effectively. This is an execution-focused role with opportunities to apply AI-assisted tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in revenue operations or related field; B2B SaaS preferred.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with CRM administration, formulas, and reports.
• Strong data modeling and data integrity knowledge; ability to explain calculations.
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompting for workflow improvements.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce including fields, automations, and dashboards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot GTM workflow automations and lead routing logic.
• Support administration of revenue and go-to-market tools.
• Manage platforms/integrations across sales tools such as Outreach and ZoomInfo.
• Monitor data quality across Accounts/Leads/Opportunities and fix duplicates.
• Produce reports on pipeline, conversion, and net new revenue; support leadership reporting.
• Assist with territory planning, quota setting, and ramp analyses.
• Contribute to AI-assisted revenue operations initiatives and automation.
• Document processes and identify efficiency improvements.
