Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Analyst to join Global Bridge Services, Revenue Management. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the broader Commercial Openings & Conversions and Global Commercial Activation teams, contributing to Hyatt’s leadership in hospitality.

You will support daily reporting, system auditing and configuration (Reserve, RMT and PrO), and help internal Hyatt teams and hotel partners maximize revenue opportunities in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or revenue field.
• Knowledge of Reserve and RMT.
• Knowledge of Hyatt PrO and Opera Cloud.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Reporting.
• System auditing and configuration (focused on Reserve, RMT and PrO).
• Providing system knowledge and support to internal Hyatt teams and hotel teams.
• Strong desire to evolve and grow in Hyatt’s Revenue Management ecosystem.
