Job summary

Hyatt Corporate Office in Chicago, IL seeks an Analyst to join the Global Bridge Services, Revenue Management team. You will help configure Hyatt’s revenue management system stack and support Revenue Managers across global openings and conversions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in reservations or revenue management, familiarity with Reserve and RMT, and knowledge of Hyatt PrO and Opera Cloud. High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in reservations or revenue management.
• Knowledge of Reserve and RMT.
• Experience with Hyatt PrO and Opera Cloud is beneficial.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup and configuration of Hyatt’s revenue management system stack across global regions.
• Support the Global Bridge Revenue Managers and Senior Managers with revenue management tasks.
• Provide system knowledge and support to internal Hyatt teams and hotel teams.
• Engage in daily reporting and system auditing/configuration (Reserve, RMT, PrO).
• Demonstrate growth within Hyatt’s Revenue Management ecosystem.
