Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, clinical, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CPT-HCPCS and CMS Medicare reimbursement methodologies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue departments' adherence to charge reconciliation processes and metrics measured by key performance indicators.
• Review changes in CPT, HCPCS, and revenue codes for accuracy, compliance with applicable billing guidelines, and optimization of reimbursement.
• Perform revenue integrity reviews and present findings for corrective action.
• Serve as a resource for organizational and operational matters related to revenue integrity issues.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve revenue integrity concerns and opportunities reported in their area and provide any necessary follow-up.
• Develop tools to track and identify potential areas of lost revenue.
• Plan and conduct regular meetings with assigned Divisions to review KPIs and discuss potential revenue leakage and performance improvement opportunities.
