Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Liaison (Auditor/Educator) to lead professional billing initiatives and educate departments on charging, coding, and workflow optimization. You will analyze trends, develop dashboards, and present performance metrics to operational leaders to drive revenue improvements.

This role requires strong consulting and data translation skills, with at least five years in revenue cycle. Remote eligibility is limited to AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of advanced revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience.
• Certification: CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate departments, clinics and providers on professional billing workflows including charging, coding, registration, referrals and authorization processes.
• Independently analyze charging, coding, documentation and billing trends impacting professional revenue.
• Provide targeted education and recommendations to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders by reviewing standard reports and dashboards.
• Support the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.
• Utilize strong consulting, presentation and influencing skills to drive change.
• Translate data into actionable operational strategies.
