Job summary

University of Missouri - Columbia seeks a Revenue Integrity Analyst in University Physicians, Plan Administration to monitor revenue integrity, review CPT/HCPCS changes, and present findings for corrective actions. You will develop tools to track potential revenue loss and lead regular meetings to review performance indicators across divisions.

This position is eligible for the University Physicians work-from-home program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, clinical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue departments’ adherence to charge reconciliation processes and metrics.
• Review changes in CPT, HCPCS, and revenue codes for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform revenue integrity reviews and present findings for corrective action.
• Develop tools to track and identify potential areas of lost revenue.
• Plan and conduct regular meetings with assigned Divisions to review KPIs and discuss revenue leakage and performance improvements.
