The University of Missouri-Columbia seeks a Revenue Integrity Analyst to monitor CPT/HCPCS changes, ensure accurate revenue codes, and drive compliance with billing guidelines.

In this role you will perform revenue integrity reviews, develop tracking tools, and present findings to action owners while coordinating regular reviews with assigned divisions to identify leakage and opportunities for reimbursement optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Three years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, clinical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue departments’ adherence to charge reconciliation processes and metrics.
• Review changes in CPT®, HCPCS, and revenue codes for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform revenue integrity reviews and present findings for corrective action.
• Develop tools to track and identify potential areas of lost revenue.
• Plan and conduct regular meetings with divisions to review KPIs and discuss revenue leakage.
