Job summary

The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial and operational integrity of the health system's revenue cycle through analysis, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of charging, coding, documentation, reimbursement, and payer workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Area of study preferred: Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Health Information Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and operational integrity of revenue cycle through analysis, implementation, monitoring and optimization of charging, coding, documentation, reimbursement, and payer workflows.
• Identify revenue leakage risks and denial trends; support compliant charge capture and revenue optimization initiatives across the health system.
• Communicate with operational, physician and executive leadership; manage multiple projects and priorities.
