Zusammenfassung

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS platforms, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions while ensuring accuracy across systems.

You will work with Power BI and analytics teams to develop dashboards, monitor data quality, and enable data-driven decision-making. Remote eligibility is offered in multiple states, including Maryland.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare analytics roles.
• Experience with practice management systems (PMS) such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation) required.

Aufgaben

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support operational and leadership reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports from PMS systems to support Revenue Cycle leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle leadership to define reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Collaborates with Power BI and analytics teams to design, develop, and refine dashboards and reports.
• Validates and audits reports against source data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies gaps in reporting and proposes enhancements to improve visibility into revenue cycle performance.
• Supports standardization of KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across teams and systems.
• Maintains documentation related to reporting logic, data sources, and metric definitions.
• Monitors data quality and escalates issues impacting reporting accuracy.
