Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS systems, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodologies.

Remote work eligibility is available in multiple states, including Virginia. The role partners with leadership and BI teams to develop dashboards and ensure data-driven decision making, with emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and actionable

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle ops or healthcare/dental analytics.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs preferred.
• Experience with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Power BI or similar BI tools experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Extracts data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership, Finance and Operations.
• Defines reporting needs, KPI requirements and performance tracking methods.
• Supports dashboard design and refinement with Power BI and analytics teams.
• Validates reports against source data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies data gaps and proposes enhancements to improve visibility of revenue cycle performance.
• Documents reporting logic, data sources and metric definitions.
• Monitors data quality and data integrity across systems.
