Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. You will extract data from PMS, validate outputs, and help develop standardized performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to define KPI requirements, auditing dashboards, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Validates Power BI dashboards against source data for accuracy.
• Defines KPI requirements with Revenue Cycle leadership and metrics.
• Supports standardization of KPI definitions across teams.
• Maintains documentation of reporting logic and data sources.
• Promotes data-driven decision making across the organization.
