Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst – Epic Revenue Cycle Reporting to transform Epic Clarity data into actionable insights for hospitals and health systems.

You will build Power BI and ad-hoc reports, optimize SQL, and help design a scalable Epic reporting model and KPI dashboard across clients. You will collaborate with data teams and operations, apply AI tools to speed analytics, and ensure data integrity through QA checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytics role with complex datasets.
• Experience with revenue cycle analytics and Epic data.
• Strong SQL across platforms (T-SQL, SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Advanced Power BI with DAX.
• Experience with Databricks and Git.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver Power BI and ad-hoc reports for operations and clients.
• Write and optimize SQL against Epic Clarity and RV data.
• Help design a new Epic reporting model and KPI dashboard.
• QA data integrity and report accuracy with standards.
