Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst – Epic Revenue Cycle Reporting to turn complex Epic data into actionable reporting for operations teams and health system clients.

You will design and deliver Power BI and SQL-based reports, help shape a new Epic reporting model, and contribute to a KPI dashboard across clients. You will collaborate with upstream data teams, apply AI tools to speed analysis, validate data integrity, and communicate findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytics role handling complex datasets.
• RCM analytics experience.
• Hands-on with Epic data, especially Clarity and revenue cycle data in Epic.
• Expert SQL on any platform (e.g., T-SQL, MS SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Advanced Power BI with DAX.
• Experience with Databricks and Git.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools for analytics and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver Power BI and ad-hoc reports for operations teams and clients.
• Write and optimize SQL against Epic Clarity and revenue cycle data.
• Help design the department's new Epic reporting model.
• Contribute to a KPI dashboard spanning all end-to-end clients.
• Track down data for client requests and resolve issues.
• Partner with upstream data teams and operations teams using the data.
• Apply AI tools to speed up reporting and analytics.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and summarize for leadership.
• Validate data integrity and report accuracy through QA checks.
