Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst – Epic Revenue Cycle Reporting to transform complex Epic data into actionable reporting and insights for operations teams and health system clients.

You will help design a new Epic reporting model and contribute to a KPI dashboard spanning end-to-end clients. You will build Power BI and ad-hoc reports, write optimized SQL against Epic Clarity, and apply AI tools to speed up reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics with complex datasets.
• RCM analytics experience.
• Hands-on Epic data experience (Clarity) and revenue cycle data.
• Expert SQL (T-SQL/MS SQL/ Snowflake).
• Advanced Power BI with DAX.
• Databricks and Git experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver Power BI and ad-hoc reports for operations teams and clients.
• Write and optimize SQL against Epic Clarity and revenue cycle data.
• Design the department's Epic reporting model and table structure.
• Contribute to a KPI dashboard covering end-to-end clients.
• QA data integrity and report accuracy.
