Chartis is recruiting a Consultant, Analytics & Insights (Revenue Cycle) to lead data acquisition, analysis, and visualization for healthcare revenue cycle projects. You will blend SQL, BI tools, and analytics to deliver client-ready insights and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data engineers, domain experts, and consulting teams, with a remote-friendly setup and travel as needed. 5–8 years in analytics and Epic Clarity are required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant analytics experience, with healthcare exposure.
• Epic Clarity certification (Clarity/Cogito) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or tech field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Spark, PySpark, or Scala; notebook deployment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and prepare client data from SQL-based inventories and future data needs.
• Support ETL processes with a high-touch customer service model.
• Write SQL scripts for data extraction and mapping; perform data QA.
• Develop exploratory analyses and deliver dashboards/reports (Power BI/Tableau).
• Collaborate with engineers to codify rules and enable scalable analytics solutions.
• Coach teams on BI tools and analytic interpretation; provide data-quality feedback.
