• 3+ years of experience in the medical revenue cycle function including payor experience.
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing with Epic Resolute knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.

Mansioni

• Coach, mentor, and engage team members to improve performance.
• Oversee payor and client master file maintenance for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve electronic remittance errors.
• Lead contract database and contract management system development.
• Collaborate with finance, analytics, and payers to address revenue pull-through issues.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field

High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
