Job summary

Exact Sciences Laboratories is seeking a Supervisor for Revenue Cycle Systems and Analytics to lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, and drive data-driven improvements. This remote role focuses on implementing contract management processes and ensuring timely, compliant billing and payment workflows.

You will collaborate with finance, analytics, CSIS, and external partners to optimize revenue pull-through and address payer-related challenges, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/Finance/Business.
• 3+ years in medical revenue cycle with third-party payer experience.
• 3+ years in medical billing with Epic Resolute or similar system.
• 2+ years working with third-party billing vendors or revenue cycle software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Revenue Cycle Systems & Analytics team.
• Manage data reporting, metrics, and productivity measures.
• Oversee contract database and management system development.
• Collaborate with payers, CSIS, and vendor partners to resolve issues.
• Support pull-through plans to meet quarterly revenue goals.
