Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the medical revenue cycle including third-party payer experience.
• 3+ years in medical billing with Epic Resolute.
• 2+ years leading direct reports.
• 5+ years in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding.
• Understanding of EOB; ASC X12 claims adjustment.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing regulations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Revenue Cycle team to improve performance.
• Oversee data reporting and KPI tracking.
• Manage contract database and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with payers and billing operations to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely electronic submission of claims per rules.
• Develop training materials and SOPs.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Monitor departmental metrics against goals.
