Job summary

You will build KPI dashboards, conduct analyses, and collaborate with finance, IT, and operations to align analytics with strategic priorities. Strong English communication and leadership experience are required; healthcare analytics credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle analytics or healthcare decision-support.
• Leadership experience (2+ years).
• Strong KPI knowledge across patient access, coding, denials, and collections.
• Proficiency with BI tools and SQL.
• Experience with EHR analytics platforms and RCM reporting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to data quality and AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle analytics, reporting, and decision-support to drive improvements.
• Evaluate AI-generated analytics outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for patient access, coding, denials, and collections.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and trend analyses for decision-making.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations to align analytics with priorities.
• Manage RCM data governance and ensure reporting consistency.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and net revenue realization analysis.
