Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics or reimbursement strategy.
• Strong data analysis capability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with electronic health record systems, preferably Epic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data to identify trends and opportunities across the revenue cycle.
• Synthesize large datasets into insights to drive decisions and leadership strategy.
• Conduct root cause analyses on reimbursement delays and denials; recommend scalable solutions.
• Translate findings into dashboards and reports for Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Operations.
• Collaborate to streamline workflows and remediate bottlenecks.
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle operations including claims adjudication and payer behavior.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for account resolution and escalation workflows.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance gaps.
• Support adoption of new technologies and reporting capabilities.
