Qualifications

• 4+ years in Billing, Insurance, or Revenue Cycle functions.
• Experience interpreting remittances (EOPs) and managing appeals.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, medical terminology, and insurance terminology.
• Experience with multiple computer systems including MS Office, Epic, and OnBase.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the department's primary vendor support and liaison.
• Support leadership in the department's Quality Program and evaluate changes.
• Take ownership of escalated system issues between the Revenue Cycle Team and Systems.
• Assist leadership with day-to-day assignments and onboarding.
• Lead meetings in the absence of leadership.
