• Strong client relationships and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline managers, team leads, and staff across revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet performance standards and service levels.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement standard workflows and best practices.
• Support automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
• Maintain strong client engagement and deliver performance updates.
