Job summary

Exact Sciences Laboratories is seeking a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Systems and Analytics for a remote role. You will oversee day-to-day operations, hire, train, coach, and manage workloads, ensuring data reporting, KPIs, and contract pull-through are accurate and timely.

You will collaborate across departments to improve processes, resolve denials, and lead system enhancements while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the medical revenue cycle.
• 3+ years in medical billing with knowledge of Epic Resolute systems.
• Experience with third-party billing service providers or revenue cycle software.
• Experience leading direct reports and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff to improve overall performance.
• Oversee maintenance of payor and client master files for accuracy.
• Investigate electronic remittance errors and resolve issues.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a contract database and management system.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics to address negative revenue pull-through scenarios.
• Ensure timely electronic submission of claims and HIPAA compliance.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; identify additional training needs.
• Monitor department metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
