This remote role manages the day-to-day operations of the RCS&A team, focusing on supervision, hiring, training, coaching, workload management, and KPI reporting to ensure compliant, efficient billing and payments.

You will drive contract management, collaborate across departments, and lead system improvements with payers and internal stakeholders to meet quarterly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience in medical revenue cycle with payor experience.
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing and knowledge of Epic Resolute.
• 2+ years of direct reports leadership experience.
• 5+ years in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Oversee data reporting and KPI tracking for revenue cycle systems.
• Manage payor and client master files for accuracy.
• Resolve electronic remittance errors and improve workflows.
• Lead contract and system implementation coordination with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics on revenue pull-through issues.
• Ensure timely electronic submission of claims per payor rules.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for staff.
