Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics to lead a team, oversee Power BI and Tableau workspaces, and drive data-driven improvements across the revenue cycle. The role partners with senior leaders to identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational performance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, data pipelines, AI workflows, and business intelligence, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, data analytics, or accounting and 5 years of healthcare financial management experience with revenue cycle operations.
• Progressive supervisory/management experience with extensive knowledge of Patient Financial systems and processes.
• Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, payer contracts, and reimbursement rules.
