The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable insights, expanding AI-enabled workflows, and managing Power BI and Tableau dashboards while ensuring transparency of KPIs and benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in finance, data analytics or accounting
• 5 years healthcare financial management experience with revenue cycle operations and progressive supervisory/management experience
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Financial systems and processes, healthcare revenue cycle and payer contracts
