Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to track revenue performance and mitigate leakage across the organization. You will apply revenue cycle best practices and Epic navigation to research accounts, identify trends, and present findings to leadership up to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Three years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• Epic systems experience is preferred to navigate revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization and establish revenue cycle analytics and process improvement to identify and mitigate issues with revenue leakage.
• Ensure optimal performance in denial prevention in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and drive revenue maximization projects through collaboration with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering and committees to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities to maximize revenue streams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations for efficiency improvements to the RSC Management team.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
