Premise Health Inc. is hiring a Revenue Cycle Analyst to optimize payment posting, reconciliation, billing, and credit balances across our enterprise clients.

This fully remote full-time role works with practice management systems and vendors to improve cash flow and accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience, strong analytical skills, and solid proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, CS or related field preferred or experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 3 years Revenue Cycle experience
• Ability to analyze complex issues and identify root causes
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Direct payment posting, billing, and credit balance services through collaboration with customers and clinics.
• Analyze Revenue Cycle reports, workflows, and processes.
• Recommend optimizations for Revenue Cycle application systems.
• Assist teammates in troubleshooting Revenue Cycle problems.
• Identify and report Revenue Cycle trends affecting reimbursement.
• Analyze Revenue Cycle billing and payment transactions.
• Ensure timely posting, balancing, and reconciliation of payments; oversee lockbox.
• Monitor daily cash reconciliation and resolve variances with finance and client billing teams.
• Research bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
• Run and interpret Revenue Cycle reports for stakeholders.
• Provide standard reports for department managers and vendors.
• Perform QA audits.
• Oversee daily clearinghouse reports and unbilled claims tracking.
• Research and resolve credit balances.
• Process electronic remittance files for accuracy.
• Maintain security procedures to protect funds.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
