Job summary

Radiology Partners, a physician-led radiology practice, seeks a Revenue Cycle Analyst to optimize financial performance across hospitals and facilities nationwide. You will analyze revenue cycle metrics, develop dashboards, and collaborate with leadership to drive improved collections and denial management.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare analytics, strong Excel, and experience with SQL/Tableau, with remote-friendly schedules and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business, Healthcare, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or analytical experience.
• Strong experience analyzing large datasets with Excel; SQL and Tableau experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims data, reimbursement processes, payer contracts, denial management, and revenue cycle operations.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle metrics and data to identify opportunities to improve revenue, collections, and overall financial performance.
• Develop recurring and ad-hoc revenue cycle reports, analyze large datasets, and transform complex information into actionable financial insights.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify denial management, timely filing, payment reconciliation, and patient collection opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and cross-functional teams to address identified opportunities, reduce avoidable exceptions, and improve collections performance.
• Monitor industry trends, marketplace dynamics, and payer activity while presenting analytical findings and recommendations to leadership.
