We are seeking experienced commercial operations managers to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards for leadership.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail in documents, spreadsheets, and slides.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Audit pipeline hygiene and build funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on.
• Own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets with hands-on ownership.
