Ethos is seeking experienced CRM operations professionals to join a remote engagement focused on training AI models to handle professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role emphasizes ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets with strong attention to detail and writing ability.

You will audit pipeline hygiene, build dashboards for funnel conversion, and refine AI-generated work products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or CRM ops with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards for sales/marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop and maintain CRM field-mapping schemas.
• Define and optimize lead-routing logic documents.
• Craft territory carve models and pipeline hygiene audits.
• Build funnel conversion dashboards and deduplication rulesets.
