Remote Revenue Ops Manager — Flexible Hours

Ethos is seeking experienced revenue operations managers to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own end-to-end tasks across CRM data operations, field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, delivering AI-generated outputs used by sales and marketing.

This is a fully remote role with flexible, 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Competenze

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
