Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Domain expertise in Revenue Cloud, Quote-to-Cash, Sales Transformation, and Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing consulting or delivery organizations.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience driving go-to-market strategy, business growth, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, priorities, and operating model for the Revenue Cloud and Spiff Professional Services Practice.
• Drive overall practice health, growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Lead go-to-market strategies that accelerate services adoption and customer success.
• Manage executive engagements with strategic enterprise customers and key transformation initiatives.
• Establish delivery governance, quality standards, and scalable delivery assets.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Develop leadership, enablement programs, and cross-functional capabilities.
