Job summary

HONK is seeking a data-driven analyst/engineer to join our Revenue Operations team and report to the CFO. You’ll move from Sales Operations into broader RevOps, owning analytics, data pipelines, and forecasting.

You’ll build reporting on pipeline, bookings, win rates, and rep productivity using Looker and Snowflake, and orchestrate data flow from HubSpot into the data warehouse, with an emphasis on clean modeling and revenue truth.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in data roles with analytics and data engineering.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Snowflake and Looker.
• Familiar with HubSpot CRM data or Salesforce data.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Comfortable presenting to finance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue and pipeline forecasts and models.
• Develop dashboards on pipeline, bookings, win rates, and rep productivity.
• Own data flow from HubSpot and other GTM systems into Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Extend reporting to Marketing, CS, and Finance to create a single revenue truth.
