Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services or accounting roles with a focus on revenue management.
• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and financial management systems.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and reconcile revenue accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational policies
• Invoicing and payroll
• NDIS knowledge preferred
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments
• Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, and other financial management systems to record transactions
• Prepare detailed financial reports related to revenue and expenses for management review
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in financial accounting and software utilisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy
