Talantir is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to lead our financial operations, ensure reporting integrity, and support sustainable growth in a remote, United States-based role. You will manage all accounting functions, lead external audits, and develop comprehensive financial reporting for leadership and the board.

The ideal candidate has senior financial management experience, strong cash management and reconciliation skills, and hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as Great

Competenze

• Senior financial management experience (Financial Controller or Finance Director).
• Experience with cash management, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on with accounting software such as Great Plains or Dynamics GP.
• Strong financial report writing and ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliation processes, including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to maintain data integrity.
• Oversee cash management activities, including forecasting, cash flow analysis, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure adherence to policies related to non-profit accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting processes by preparing forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead external audits by coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documentation for compliance verification.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports that clearly communicate organizational performance to stakeholders and board members.
