Relativity is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to oversee revenue recognition, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support financial processes. This role is pivotal in analyzing complex customer contracts and maintaining financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 2 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, and strong proficiency in ASC 606. The position operates in a dynamic environment, focusing on both detailed analyses and cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at a high-growth technology company.
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 for Software and SaaS, including usage-based commit contracts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and getting into the details when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606.
• Own key components of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support external audits and ensure revenue-related documentation and controls are buttoned up.
