Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. The role requires attention to detail, leadership, and strong communication across Finance, Sales, and Legal teams. EST business hours align with core team schedules.

The candidate will lead AR activities, collaborate on month-end close, and drive process improvements to optimize cash flow and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance with 2+ in a leadership role.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, collections, and AR integrity, reducing DSO and resolving billing disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Finance to reconcile AR balances and improve reporting.
• Assist Controller in monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare AR aging, cash collections, and bad debt provisions analyses.
