Ladders is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own key components of the monthly and quarterly revenue close process, with a strong focus on ASC 606.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to assess contract terms, evaluate revenue implications, and strengthen accounting operations and controls.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $106,401 – $197,577 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in revenue accounting and ASC 606.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with research and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Experience with ERP, revenue recognition, billing, CRM, or data analytics tools preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Own complex components of the monthly and quarterly revenue close process
• Apply and interpret ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance
• Analyze revenue transactions and customer contracts for compliance
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand impacts on revenue recognition
• Lead projects for process improvements in revenue accounting operations
• Develop understanding of company systems to enhance revenue processes
