T. Rowe Price is seeking a Retirement Strategist to advance the firm’s retirement leadership by developing differentiated insights, creating market-facing thought leadership, and engaging with clients and industry audiences on key retirement issues.

You will collaborate with distribution, marketing, research, product, and investment teams to support client engagement and strengthen the retirement narrative across our businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related retirement experience.
• Experience in retirement, asset management, and financial services.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver differentiated retirement research, insights, and thought leadership.
• Create market-facing content and presentations for clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and external engagements as a retirement expert.
• Collaborate with distribution, marketing, research, product, and investments to ensure timely, differentiated messaging.
• Translate research and client feedback into actionable insights for internal strategy.
