Job summary

T. Rowe Price seeks an Associate Sales Consultant for Workplace to support participant relationships with retirement strategy insights and general portfolio needs.

You will identify high-value participants to a Financial Consultant for deeper engagement and tailored solutions. We offer licensing support, a hybrid work framework, and opportunities to grow within a premier asset management firm that values client service, education, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 0+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses to be obtained within designated window per the Global Distribution licensing policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound participant service requests; respond to investment, mutual fund, and account information requests and resolve complex issues.
• Identify and qualify participants to be referred to a High-Value Financial Consultant to advance the relationship.
• Demonstrate a consultative approach to understand the participant's needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Retain assets through education and guidance of plan-specific and general distribution options.
• Deliver on defined sales targets and other role-based responsibilities.
• Understand the Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of T. Rowe Price products and services.
• Follow up with clients from inbound retention opportunities.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
